During each 12 day "Journey for a Lifetime" small groups of North American teens and youth, together with a Coalition chaperone, travel to Poland, via at stop-over tour in either London, Paris or Berlin, to fulfill the fantasies and dreams of terminally-ill children - in their homes and in hospitals, throughout regions and cities rich in tradition and steeped in history.
